Just curious, ideas? opinions?

Greetings! I picked this little fella up a few weeks ago, but now that I search an look around I don't seem to many similar FH's. It's about 3" and doesn't sit still alot so I tried to get the best pics I could. it also appears pretty short and scrunched together, does that mean a short body? or does it just have some growing to do? many thanks!

It's a short body or kirin parrot. Thick vent along with dark marking on dorsal fin are sure signs of it being a female.

Agreed. This is most likely a flowerhorn that has breed with a "blood parrot" which creates this small scrunched up shape. She most likely will not grow larger then four inches give or take.
