Just cycled out a 37 gal

Ok, not a monster tank, but just thought I'd see what you all thought:

Whisper 20 (from my old tank)
Aquaclear 70

1 x 4" Blood Parrot
1 x 4" Rock Krib
1 x 2" Kribensis
2 x 2" Firemouth

I've got a decent amount of filtration, but I feel like something's missing as far tank inhabitants go. Any ideas for adding/changing stock?

Everywhere I've read says they'll eat anything, but so far I haven't seen him eat. Any ideas? Or does he just need longer to acclimate?

PS. I feed cichlid staple (the green bag), colorbits sinking granules, and shrimp pellets to the other guys in the tank.
