I was browsing the internet the other day and found pictures of a crocodile cage diving attraction in south africa. How about giving it a swamp theme with alligators, combining it with an aquarium tunnel and a feeding demo from a dock, and tossin' in a few snappers and gar? Would make a way cool exhibit for any zoo or aquarium...

Dont know why, but I've taken a recent interest in designing vivariums, aquariums, and terrariums. I think its fascinating!

Whoops, dont know why the wierd tree boa picture showed up... Or why that last one didnt. The last one was a comparison pic of a common and alligator snapping turtle, just for fun. The first pic is the entrance to gatorland btw.

Crap, that second to last one is an aquarium tunnel, for those who cant open it.

Uh, its an amazon tree boa by Ghi Reptiles. I think he called it a candycane. I've got some other cool pics from him of the most bizzare atbs youve ever seen. But its not a calico Boa constrictor, if thats what you were thinking.

Anyway, opinions on the actual topic? D:

Ya that would be pretty cool. Although i think the cages should have smaller openings. I would be sooooo paranoid that the croc might fit its jaws through the openings and smash me. LOL.

Ive seen that thread, but I elaborated on the idea.

Not quite a zoo or aquarium, but I work at a nature center. Probably part of what set off my interest in this sort of thing. Sometimes I help out with designing new exhibits, or improving old ones. I'm usually doing animal care stuff and educational talks for birthday parties and programs.

Not exactly 'studying', but Ive been looking around the internet for inspiration and ideas, and let me tell ya, some of these vivs are mind-blowing! Ill show you one of my favorites...

Extra points for creativity!
