so i just fed my RTC shrimp for the first time today and he took to right off the bat, kinda mouthed them around for a bit but swallowed them never the less. i also got frozen smelt, which are gutted and have the heads cut off as well as catfish nuggets, which appear to simply be cut up catfish filet.
just to satisfy my overall curiousity im curious as to which of these has more protein for him, which has more fat, and which overall is more healthy.
