Tell me what you guys think.....
I think I should just kill them all....I hate that !
I think that if they had babies they would be deformed also.
Soooo what to do ?

I have never had angels before.(read about them some)
Will their fins heal heal ?

I am SOooooooo.Grrrrrrrr,Bark bark ,Growllllllllllllllllllllllllll
:irked:

They're awsome. Don't kill them! Keep them.

BogwoodbruceThey must have been doing alright to get to that size, i bet that Li would like them

I also can't believe they lived this long.
My hubby said there was 2 laying on bottom of tank.(not dead yet)
It is sad to watch them.
They all have deformed fins on there sides.
They have to pump them constantly to stay afloat.
The faces of 3 of them look screwed up.(no upper jaw,at all)

aquariumguy2300They're awsome. Don't kill them! Keep them.

I don't like to kill fish but they are deformed and I can't house them.
I have breeding projects that need the tank space.
If they are no good for breeding and are Unhealthy ,I must get rid of them.

Anyone who wants them can have them...........

If they're suffering, you can kill them. Just don't do it because they won't breed.

Well I don't think they are suffering......really
I can't afford to keep fish like these...plain and simple.
I would love to keep every fish I come across ,but I can't.
I have been given way more fish than I ever have bought.
I get them with tanks I buy and freebies from friends.

I really need to find them a home.

They are nice.....just odd.
All of them are deformed to different degrees.

I don't usually kill my fish...OK

I just don't think anyone will take them either.

?????????:nilly:????????????????

just dont breed them. they're living creatures...just take care of them the best you can.
think about it, noone else has angels like you now ;]

I will not kill them.
Couple of them make me want to.

missing the upper jaw ! & gill cover is to short.

deformed fins, fish on left has bad gill covers

EveryOne of these fish has gill burn/peel or underdeveloped gill covers.

All of their side fins are bent down severely, making it hard for them to
stay stable in one place. They have to pump hard constantly to float.:nilly:

All have deformities of some kind.:(
(2 or 3 have not upper jaw ! But still eat somehow ?)
I did reseaech online and It seems their fins will NOT grow back or straighten out.EVER !.....:(
My resource :
(this is a great site ! pics of all deformities on this page )
http://www.theangelfishsociety.org/standards6.htm
Not to mention the internal issues.:WHOA:

I am at an end with them.

Now in search of loving home for all.
Would like my $30 bucks back...BUT
I know I can't sell these fish in this condition.:nilly:

Free to first one at my door with a bucket/bag !!!!!

It is a difficult choice. I would honestly hate having to look at those every day but I also would not want to kill them unless they had a low quality of life. Not sure I would want to give them to other hobbyists. Last thing we need is a bunch of people breeding deformed angels and selling them back to the LFS.
Some don't look that bad, like the gold and calico in the 3rd picture. Some look awful like the ones missing fins and their mouths. Perhaps you should keep a select few you have space for and destroy the rest.

Put them down, why take the chance of them becomong sickly and possibly infecting equipment and tanks. There's threads on MFk that will tell you how, to do it humanely.
