not quite.
you could make one if you wanted, but usually you want your sump to be 1/4-1/3 the size of the display which would be closer to 40-50g

If you accompany it with a canister filter it would work. Or if you are like 90% of the people on this site...add an AC110 to the mixture for optimum filtration.

I have a 29g as the sole filtration unit on my 125g and it works great.

While it does not stand up to the standard of 1/3 of the main tank size, I think it could be done with no problems at all.
