Just got a L200 from the LFS for 30 and it doesn't seem to be eating algae wafers, none of my plecos do but it likes to hang on my internal filter how do I get him to eat?

Try feeding it anything green really like green beans, zucchini, cucumber w/e along with algae wafers but do it at night right before you turn off the lights. The fish are nocturnal and most only eat at night when they feel comfortable.
I love my L200 
Mine's a great eater, put lots of fresh veggies in there after lights out and sit in the dark and watch, he'll eat. Of all my Plecs it's my L200 that goes the most bonkers over mango, he loves it.

L200s are awesome! But it sounds like you just got it so I wouldnt be too concerned about it not eating, it is just getting used to the tank. Mine eats algae waffers, zucchini, cucumber, kale, left over blood worms, and other veggies!
i feed my plecos a few kinds of flake foods as well.They all go crazy over Veggie flakes from Kensfishfood.
At night when the tank lights are out before bedtime. Iuse a 1.5" piece of PVC in an appropriate length based on tank height. I place in tank and add thawed blood worms into the tube . when they sink I direct the blood worms in front of each plecos cave/hiding spot. Keeps the other fish from eating them before they sink and then I sit back with the lunar lights on and watch the plecos go crazy..any food that sinks cold be used however blood worms gets every fish off their hunger strike it's like crack for plecos
