Hey guys this is my first post, but I wanted to show off this giant piece of driftwood i sawed off a stump. Im not sure what type of wood it is but it is definitely hardwood, and hasnt been sitting too long.
Took about 2-3 hours to get it off the stump with a bow saw and a reciprocating saw that kept dying on me! My gf is standing next to it to get an idea of its size, haven't had a chance to measure it yet though. The stump was about the size of a mini fridge.
I really like this piece because it is very unique. It has lots of knots and everything is interconnected.
Curing this thing is gonna be a blast...
I only had a bad phone camera to take a pic. I'll get a better picture within a week.
