Just got an Eheim 2080

So I got my Eheim pro 3 2080 filter today, and will be picking up my new 150 gallon aquarium. I just setup the 2080 filter, and it is running on the puffers 55 tank. This filter is amazing, so quiet you won't know its even running. The air pump on the tank is louder than the filter. 2 thumbs up!

Congrats on getting a great filter The only problem I have with mine is that it does not retain floaties effectively when equipped with Eheim filter pads. Just add some extra filter wool (1-1.5'') in one of the baskets and you will be a very happy fishkeeper. It's cheaper than the white pads anyways
Once that was taken care of, I couldn't be any happier

The pro 3 needs some bacteria, and I still have to pick up the 150... but yes it is really fun to watch that much water flow on a 55 gallon.

Pssssssst ... the 2080 has a flow rate regulator ... this might be a good time to try it out
