Just got back from Medina lake

Well, I just got back from Medina lake in San Antonio. Spent about 6 hours fishing some 10.5" carolina and texas rigged worms. Got NUTHIN'! As a matter of fact I lost 3 setups, and the one time I casted out a deep diving minnow, I lost that also. All in all a crappy day. I am going to go try Calaveras lake tomorrow. Wish I had a boat.

I just started the 2 hour rule after wasting way to much time in trying to catch oscars and talipia which I have yet to hook .
If I dont catch anything in 2 hours I leave.

Otherwise it puts me a horrible mood lol.

Nope. I think theyre deeper than i can reach from the bank. but i am going to go every weekend, until i have to go back to ct. wish me luck.

Yes its a pain without a boat you can only cast so far .

Around me a boat means LARGE peacock bass vs small PB without a boat . Thus I catch small PB.
