Just got me a bichir! ID + Sex Please!

Hey guys !

Finally got myself a Bichir.
I think it is a Delhezi and I think its a female as the anal fin seems a little thinner than a male bichir (I saw a similar size bichir in the same tank and he had a thicker anal fin, so this made me this one is a female!)
Oh and he seems to be around 5-6 inch... not too sure! maybe hes around 7 inch...




what do you guys think?

Also, at what size do they start breeding?
LFS said they have had this del for about 1 year and a bit now, got her when she was around 3inch!
Is she ready to breed? and shall i introduce a bigger male or smaller one?
