I think they should be kept pretty hot, 28 or 29 degrees, and unless it's very small, have a good current. Oh I see it's 4 inches, wait till it bulks out a bit before adding a strong current.
I like them a lot, I want another one.
What have you put it with?
And what have you fed it so far? I had one imported for me last year, and it wouldn't touch anything but live fish.

Strike two, strange because I usually paste it from somewhere else.
I have seen them for a long time in the shop and always fancied one. Will try and get some pics up.
I have upped the temp to 29. Wildwoods assured me it was eating live shrimp, I have had no success feeding yet and will try some Danios later this week, Maybe it needs to settle, only been a couple of days. They also said it takes them about six weeks to get them on frozen. I know they achieved this on the last group they had so I will try my best.
If you have any usefull info please pass it on as I would love this guy to be a long termer and try and break the 10" 12" without it passing.
Currently living with my C. harcourtbutleri and some Botia.
