Well tonight I took the plunge and took my 6 pbass to the LFS for absolutely nothing. I kept the little guy in the video

due to the fact that his colors stand out far better then the others, and the big boys were punking his ass around, not letting him eat or even get out of the corner.
I've asked them to order some orinos which they said they can get, so I'm hoping to pick them up next tuesday. I was going through 200 feeders every 2-3 days and could not break them off of live food. There also going to look around for other species. They just got a batch of 75 mono's in at 5.99 but with all of the orinos poppin' up on here, I've found my new addiction.

I know, but I really dont have time to wait. Originally I had 15 of them, kept six and these boys put on so much size that they would just beat the hell out of anything. And like I mentioned, I'm really looking for orinos. They have plenty of wild ocellaris there, that I could always grab a few more down the road, but this store doesn't give credit, its pretty much your giving them for someone else to adopt, and yeah for the store to profit off of your fish, that you purchased months ago.
 
sorry to hear you had to get rid of them.. hoepfully you pick up some nice Orinos..

Ahhh man shame you made such a desperate move! I would have been there in a second to buy them from you. I'd be heartbroken to see my prized fish essentially waste away in my LFS :( . If you feel appropriate, PM me the address of the LFS and I may scoop them up tomorrow while I'm home.
 
All this Cichla action got me bent out of shape. I need a solid Ocel for the squad. All the good stuff on the scene happens on the coasts. Im stuck here in the middle too far from either side lol. Thats allright, I'll just keep rep'n Texas. Good things always come to those who wait ;)
