Just brought home a new Red Tailed Shovel Nose Hybrid. Ive had catfish before and I have to say this one is behaving strange. He wont take any of the hiding spots at the bottom of the tank just swims face first into the output from my canister filter. (most catfish in my ex. like facing upstream) Not eating today as to be exspected, but by swimming at the top of the tank hes getting some looks from my Arowana which is making me quit nervous. Hes in the tank with a well fed Arowana and an Oscar. He is about half their length and could more than hold his own..if he got into the cover of the logs definatly..
