hiya guys well news is i just got a new load of bass..

1 farm tem
2 wild orinos
1 ocell

in a 10G (grow out till they hit 3in cause my other grow out has a female ZZ FH in it.)

they are all about 1in- .5in the biggest would be the tem thats about 1.1in they all eat blood worms and just kickn.

i have a concern though

one of the wild orinios tough has a black eye and is very skinny he eats here and there but he is much skinnier then the other orino. He shows some signs of ick (scratching against the filter pole) but he has no white spots. there parameters are perfect. and should i be concerned that my orinos very skinny or is this normal amoung baby bass. Will it get better? thanks!

pics will have to wait my usb connecter from cam-P.C is lost need to buy another one.

THX! :headbang2:headbang2 and btw the orinos both of them at .75 of a in they have yellow! very nice lil ones.:D

wow sounds like there gonna have awesome colour.. cant wait for the pics!!

current temperature your keeping them in? if you have them in a 84-88 degrees tank that great...shouldn't worry about ich. Just feed them everyday and it will gain size in fatness while it gets big...so just keep trying. Plus what I try to do is get them onto raw market shrimp cut up to very tiny pieces to get them fat...lol thats what I do...

there only .5 a in very small. like maybe 1month from birth. 0-0 well imo shrimp will me next month-2months

my 2nd stage of pbass is on shrimp. there about 5in.

temps 87

how many times a day should i feed them im doing like 2-3times a day. my filteration is a 30G filter in a 10g.

Hey thats fine...but when you see them up in front asking for more food stuff them up...lol just keep them occupied and full (powerfeed them)

i second that

bro if your waters 87 i dont know why your cichla has iche. also orinos dont gain weight easily so i recommend you taking him out and feeding him 3 or 4 times a day and nurse him back to health.. at .75" they should be footballs as they get bigger they look skinnier
