hello everybody. just started my Mini monster fish tank of 55gallons. i have an oscar in there and a pink tailed chalceus, also got a bala shark im housing there for a bit till my discus in my planted tank can rear up there eggs without having my bala eat them. i would like to get two more aggresive fish in there and have really liked to have a jardini aro.? what do you guys think. open to all suggestions and comments bad and good.

I'd get a new tank when they hit about 8" or 9"... depending on how you feed and maintain the tank that should be in about 4-5 months maybe sooner. I'd go for a 180 gallon tank with the upgrade.. or even a 30" wide 220 gallon would be better for the arowana.
Jardini are hard to keep tankmates with though, I've tried with no avail. Might as well go with a black arowana or depending on where you are from a asian arowana, but I wouldn't trust an oscar with one
