So if in the middle of a water change when my mom calls me to jelp her ith something.
A few moments later, i come back and my floor is all wet. I cleaned it up so I don't have pics.
Lesson learned, never leave in the middle of a water change.

Got one better. Few weeks ago I forgot about the spray bar on the canister filter I had it facing up to make a surface break. Well once the water got down even with the spray bar the water went shooting out into my liking room floor! It took me another minute just to get the spray bar acing down... Soaked my entire living room. Lesson learned, alway face the spray bar down before water changes!

lol, i set up a psuedo drip system, i have a 5/32" hose drain, and the RO/DI filter. i start the drain hose, then when the tank is down about an inch i turn on the RO/DI and it changes about 300 gallons over 2 days that way till the water gets below the drain hose that is about 6" into the tank. Then i let the filter top off the tank (about another 8 hours).. But the puppies keep biting holes in the drain hose.. i go to another room for awhile, and come back to find a new hole in the drain and puddle in my family room.. so glad it's all tile now.
