Well last night I got a responce to an add I had looking for a new tank.
Was looking for one 250 to 300 gallons.
So anyway, a guy email me and said he had a 260 gallon tank..
So anyway, he gives me a price.. $100.00 bucks.. thats it.
WOW, so I went after it...
When I got there, there was the tank. All 260 gallons of it.
Drilled in 4 spots... Nice tank, touch up work on the pain on the wood, but a nice tank.. And it holds water.. tested today
But there were extras I didnt expect..
Coral high power lighting...skimmer, etc..
there was,
2x metal halipe lamps (lamp power 250w / imput power 120v)
1x metal PFO light max amp 120v
1x protein skimmer (rated for 400 galon tanks)
1x sedra power head (model - KSP-5000, max flow 500gph)
1x RIO 32hf Hyper Flow pump- 1920gph
2x five gallon buckets of bio-balls (1" to 1.5" size)
1x 260 gallon tank with glass lid (one piece of glass missing whough)
All that for $100.00 bucks total..
Man, now that was a deal
so excited, I had to just let everyone know..
And since Im setting it up to be freshwater, I talked to a guy today that may buy the protein skimmer from me for 140.00 buck with the pump.. So not only will I get my money back if he does, but Ill make 40 bucks..
