So i just gave my oscars away today so i dont even have fish and dont know why im even on here, other than i miss them like hell and know that their owner is on here too so hopin to find his set up haha im a stalker i know. So just incase anyone cares the reason i had to get rid of them was because they were in a 40 gal tank, i didnt realize when i bought those cute lil things at pets mart, that they would get to be a foot long within a year! Ive learned my lesson and no more monster fish for me sadly, live with my parents and will only be able to step up to a 55, nothing bigger The first two pics are recent, when he was about 11", the last one when he was just a baby, like 1.5" lol

You did the right thing for those fish. It is also good that you can stay away until you can do things right. It takes a lot of maturity to look at yourself that way and know your limitations.

I had to get rid of that red tail obviously, he went from 2" to 12" in the 6mo that i had him! How to these stores sell fish like this?! What are all these people doing with their huge fish id like to know!! I am extremely sad but it sounds like they got a good home and im actually kinda exctied to get some puffers haha
