Has anybody seen an all white oscar with no orange on it? Well they have some really small ones at my LFS and believe it or not I actually kinda like em (not a huge oscar fan). I was just wondering what do you guys think they would look like when bigger. Would they stay solid white or what? Anybody have a picture? Thanks guys

Chad

the LFS here had them in a few months ago, they called them white pearls..this was the first time i have ever seen them,or heard of them.
usually its the albino tigers, they were 10$, and at that time i didnt feel like spending 10 bucks on a tiny oscar, AND you never know..the color could always develope later on

however, i think i would buy one now, just to see what happens, plus i am very fond of O's, especially the pigment impaired types, ;) lol

I had one of those solid pink Oscars once. Because of him I will never have another one of those nasty, bullying, feeder-ripper-upper, plant killing, retarded fish.
By the way, it was about 13" long, and close to 5 years old when he was given to a friend in trade for a 5" silver arowana. I definately got the best end of that deal. I wish that fish was a person, I'd punch him in the face. I hate those damn things.....

So it was 13"? Was it all white when you got it and did it stay all white? I don't really like oscars but these ones just appealed to me for some reason.
