In about the next six months I am planning on getting a 180 to 200 g tank. I am mainly getting to have a polypterus tank. I would love to have an arrowana again (had a silver over six years ago that I had to sell when he reached two feet). What can I get that will NOT ever out grow one of these tanks (both being two ft wide). I was thinking about a leichartii or jardini. I also plan on having a gold severum and/or a Uaru in the tank, possibly a dat. Thanks for the info.

That would house an aussie aro for a very long time, maybe life...but they can get over 2 feet.

Yeah it could easily house an aussie for a while, they are great fish too, really pretty.
if you want less aggression though, apparently the leichardti is the way to go, but the jardini is a bit more attractive.
