Have you tested your water?
Yes
If yes, what is your ammonia?
idk someone else dose the tests but she said the stuff was perfect
If yes, what is your nitrite?

If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
No
What percentage of water do you change?
0-10%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every month

so I have a 75 gallon tank in it I had a 6 inch RTC, three cichlids, a dwarf gourami, a African clawed frog, one large pleco and a tiny baby yellow zebra pleco, two silver dollars and also a tiny baby cichlid from my breeder tank and all of my fish were doing fine nothing attacked anything and as for decor and gravel I had some rocks we found outside witch we cleaned and we had some simple gravel and in the gravel were lots of worms not harmful to anything but they were there and about a week ago the silver dollars and the cichlids all died and the gourami started sitting in the top left back corner rocking back and forth and its fins turned redish and the pleco started acting odd and his fins turned redish and at the time my RTC started shedding then yesterday the RTC died and his head looked like it was skinned and just before he died I heard he was very active and now today I have only the frog who has been completely unaffected and the gourami and pleco also some things the water was perfect according the our tests.

How long was the aquarium up and running?
Tbh your going to have to assume duties of the aquarium.
What did you clean the rocks with?
Take a sample of aquarium water to your lfs to be tested and post the results for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and PH.
If the fish were put in the aquarium without the aquarium being cycled this will be the cause of fish dying.

Too many fish especially if aquarium is not cycled.
the tank had been going for about a year and I handle everything except for testings
I washed the rocks in a sink and dried it and washed it again then added it
my current theory is a disease but im not a expert or anything so I am trying to get all the information I can then treat the most likely cause

You stated only 10% water changes a month. Atleast 50% or more per week with all those fish.
Take the test yourself asap and post so we can figure out how to get the aquarium cycled.

Really does sound like ammonia poisoning. What's the ph and hardness of your tapwater compared to your aquarium water? If your ph was fairly low when you filled the aquarium, then your ammonia levels could have drifted up over time without any noticeable effect, because ammonia is much less toxic at lower ph levels. However, if you did something that suddenly hardened the water - for example by adding those rocks - then ph would have climbed rapidly and turned all the built-up ammonia toxic. Result would be a big fish kill.

I am gonna restart the tank soon but right now going off of all evidence I have I think our testing stuff might be wrong or off because it says every tank we have it always perfect on everything but I plan to just clean out the tank then refill it and add a little water from another tank that is really good and try to jumpstart things then test the water and add a few cheaper fish to see if things can live in it and once things work ill add a new fish
