Hi guys,

Just thought Id share some recent videos of my tanks.

15 x silver dollars, 1 x Jardini.

7 x geophagus Tapajos

The other tank I was struggling to get images or videos of because of the reflection. It is just a little 6 gal with 6 x cardinal tetras and 5 x armano shrimp. Simple rocks and a couple Anubis plants. Ill post soon. IMG_20190518_154104.jpgIMG_20190518_154739.jpg

Nice and clean! I like it :)
Tapajos look fat and happy, but what light do you use to get that effect?

Lovely tanks and clear as evian! I did noticed a video you having what looks to be a jaguar cichlid in the arowana tank. Didn't see it in this updated video, only the small yellow fish. Are you planning to keep those fish? Because the look of the silvers and the arowana looks extremely amazing. Definitely enough space to grow for a while! Even though there will be rants about the potential growth in this forum. Keep up the good work, both setups are beautiful.

Thanks man! I did a water change after these videos, the water wasn't really dirty but it had been six days since the last one. The pothos does a great job keeping the water clean.

As for the lights - just got a normal "white light" from a light shop here in a Chinese center. Nothing fancy, it was about 30 AED which is 8.15 USD. I think it was 20 or 30 watt if I remember correctly got it about a year ago now. Its those round lights that often go in ceilings if that helps. Just got a black case for it so I could change the angle if needed.

Thank you!
Yeah the Jaguar I rehomed. There is no way he could have fitted in this tank long term, and he was growing quite rapidly.
That little yellow leleupi is trooper hey. I had more in this tank with some SAE before I got the Aro, he made quick work of all the little fish in there. Expect this guy who the aro seems to have given up on. I have even seen the little guy steal shrimp from the aros mouth if it sticks out haha.
I really like the look of the SDs and Jardini. In the sunlight they all shimmer and shine as they swim. They compliment each other nicely. Very active tank. I can see long term though it may land up just being the Jardini in the 180 alone.

Great looking tanks and fish. Look how active your fish are. It shows you take excellent care of them, keep us updated.
Appreciate the comment. Thank you!
The geos I have never had a problem with, always active never scared.
The Jardini and the SD seems to compliment each other well. For now at least. I hear that the Jars can get aggressive when they are older. For now there are just to many SDs so he cant really focus on them.
