i have a 55gal tank and i bought one 2in oscar then 3months later bought two more well now they are 13in , 8.5in, and 9in and i have a 25 gal and i bought a 2.5in red tiger mota and hes 7in so would a 125 house these fish comforably b/c i have no probs now wit the oscars the get along great they never fight or anything
just need some opinions.

i would say 6ft x 2ft x2ft ideally if Oscars grown that quick then 16" for all 3 possible . But 125 certainly a huge inprovement
Surprisingly they look good for being in a 55. They're not going to reach 16", but I would definitely make the upgrade to atleast a 18" wide tank with a minimum of 125 gallons soon. The bigger the better.
I think you're definitely on the right track with your upgrade, and I think a 125 would be fine for these guys (as long as you upgrade filtration as well, of course... they're still growing!). Good job with them -- they look really nice.

I have a 120, and at one point had 4 young O's....
Even with keeping up with the w/c's and everything I'm down to two now as 2 had died.
The aggression between them can get bad - everyone was getting along perfectly then suddenly the albinos turned on each other. One died of sickness just recently. The other died the day I was planning to take him to the LFS.
Both times I was just too late to make a final decision on taking them away.
Just watch the agression - as soon as you see something then I would suggest separating right away before you end up making the same mistake I did.

I think that would be fine since i have 3 oscar in a 100g 6' tank running with a sump with a jack, geo, green terror and 2 convicts and my tank is never nasty and nitrates are about 20. they are 11", 8" and a 8" but mind you im getting a 150 in about 8 months so they will have more room with the green terror. just make sure you don't over feed them because thats when they make your tank really nasty. I don't have any aggression out of my oscars they are like a big school swimming around my tank.
