just noticed this skin issue on my clown loach

I can't see it subtly changing worse, Liz. Does he eat well at all? Does he scratch? Any abrasive decorations? What other symptoms have you observed? Tank size and tankmates? Water parameters?
 
eww looks nasty, i couldnt help but notice it looks the size of a clown loaches mouth

only other tank mates are a few angels and 7 tetras and one common pleco and one raphael cat and about 6 other clowns in a 75gal..there are docorations .could be abrasive if suddenly fleeing the scene..all perameters are where they should be.... eating and acting normal...so i will just watch it .. probably a scrape.. since they are scaleless... kind of different compared to injury on fish i am used to seeing..thanks Lupin
