I'm guessing you won't need it, but good luck bro!

First time going wild discus. I'm going to try to acclimate then immediately to my tap. Now or never.

How do you think they'll do with aqueidens diadema, chocolate cichlids, and my tapajos pikes in the 180?

I think it could certainly work depending on like personality which I'd trust your opinion on much more than mine. My biggest concern would be them stuck between a turf war a chocolate on one side and pikes on the other. I would probably acclimate them in quarantine or divided for some peace of mind, and keep the divider handy. That's a lot of space for them to work with and I can't imagine the group of 10 allowing one to be picked off unless one of the two aforementioned come at them maliciously but that's usually clear as day. My chocolates are big wimps, but like temperament is something I haven't experienced yet. My opinion would officially be if you have the pikes and choco comm'd right now and you think it will work out, it probably will. I'd give them space in quarantine probably, if your chocolates eat like mine do I wouldn't want to try confirming eating with that level of competition.

Good point on the chocolates. They are glutton and my biggest worry is actually the food competition. Me and chocolates have never been able to get it going. I always end up getting g rid of them even though I like them a lot. I finally have a pair that bonded and grew out and it looks like I will probably love these on too.
