Knowing the size of the fish gives a lot of weight on sexing the fish or even knowing if its possible to.

It looks like a pretty nice P. ornatipinnis. As for telling the gender, the most diagnostic feature is the relative size and shape of the anal fin. In general, males have a MUCH more robust anal fin than the female but this is best seen on fish that are sexually mature, as Guppy's Hell alluded to.
