Just picked up 3 baby AT's

Hey guys, I picked up 3 1" AT's yesterday and they're in with 3 full grown tiger barbs (3") and a pearl gourami (3"). The barbs are fine but the gourami has been chasing them when it's feeding time. They're eating freeze dried brine shrimp and im not sure what to do. Should I seperate them until they're bigger, or is the "competition" good for them. Other than being shy, they seem fine and not stressed. Thanks for any help
