i just got it a few hours ago...i am working on pics...it is 5-6"...i had to have a cat that keeps me in the cat relm since i sold my tsns...and i like them....it was $20...is that about average for them?

Yes, that is about the avearge price for a one that size around my area.
I have 4 limas but I got mine for an excellent price, 10-11 inches for $16.

I paid $19.99 for mine, so sounds about right. Mine has already added 2 inches and a big belly. I really like her. I almost got rid of her for eating a little fish, but realized why. He kept picking on her, over and over, and she got mad and ate him. I saved him, and moved her and both are happy happy now. My RTC and her are always together, and shes usually hovering around his head. I don't think of her as a shovel nose though, more like a shovel mouth. 
aww, when he plumps up its so cool. I thought the big belly was cool, but now she is thickening up and I really like seeing that.

Nice looking Lima. Every time I see one at my LFS, and plan to get it, another fish catches my eye, lol.
