Just picked up some Rebel Pop-R Magnums and I have a Question

I notice that the treble hooks have offset (slightly twisted) barb shanks, in that the bend of each of the three points is bent slightly to the left? Is this by design, or do I have some faulty lures right out of the box. It looks like it was done on purpose.

Does anyone know if rebel does this to their trebles hooks?

Does anyone have any Magnum Rebel Pop-Rs with the same twisted trebles?

I think I found the answer. Rebel uses Xcalibur Rotating hooks.
