Looks good. Take out that salvini and your fish's fins will look better. I had the same problem.

Looks good, but would look better if you had rocks that matched the background. Just my 2 cents worth...

background looks good. Just an observation, All your fish seem to be agitated and breathing kinda fast. Do you mind me asking what your Tank temperature is? Not trying to offend just noticed it in the video.

Not at all... You are absolutely right, but it's not the temp. which is 80.2 Fahrenheit. After installing the rock background and doing a partial water change they started breathing that way. Thought it was just the water change, and that maybe the rock background had some debris affecting the water. They looked ok when I woke up in the morning, but when I arrived home from work, half of my fish were gasping for air and when I checked my levels, my nitrites were through the roof. Needless to say, I lost my Exodon and Albino Red Tail Shark. I did however do another 20% water change and added dechlorinator and nitrite reducer, but that still wasn't helping. I added a cup of Aquarium salt ( my tank is 100g) and plugged in two air pumps and ran the tubing to the mouth of my twin 3200GPH wavemakers and hoped to oxygenate my tank. Well, it is working. It looks like it is snowing inside my tank but my fish are no longer gasping. They are chasing each other as usual...but I still don't know why my cycle crashed like that. I've only had this happen once about 3 years ago, but boy is it scary. I was about to move my fish temporarily into my 15g fry tank and say to hell with the fry. But, i remember having oxygenated the tank last time and it helping, so I figured I would throw a hail mary. So far they are doing ok, but I still have no idea what the heck happened. Thanks for BIG-G and JimA pointing it out to...! It is good to know there are good people out there looking out. Thank you! I will try and put up another video of what they look like now, any feedback would be much appreciated....

No problem, And no thanks required. Was the background you installed made for submersion in an aquarium? I ask because some are made for reptiles and are not intended for water.
I would keep up the water changes. I'm not sure why installing a background would have caused a mini cycle you have described. I'm inclined to believe that it was something on the background. If it was something on the background you could try running a little carbon temporally it may help to remove it.

I ordered it from Universal rocks, and according to them it's made for aquariums. They do make a stiffer Styrofoam version for reptiles. Not exactly sure what happened. I'm already running purigen in my fluval 303 and carbon in my Marineland 530c, so I should have enough chemical filtration going on. I added API tap water conditioner after my water change last night as well some Nite-Out II (nitrifying bacteria) and super oxygenated my water. Haven't lost any fish since last night, and my levels are all at zero -ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. But I don't know if that is just temporary, or if my nitrites will spike again. Shouldn't I have a little bit of nitrates?...basically I don't know where in my cycle I am, but I will keep an eye on those nitrites and do small 20% water changes every other day, maybe 2-3 times. Is that a good idea or not?
