Just got done with reinforcing the floor. The cross beam is a 4x6x8 and is supported by two jack post from homedepot. Jack post base is resting on a 12x12 pyramid block, the post on the left is on 2 blocks b/c it wasnt high enough. The ground is kind of like clay, but does not sag when I jump on the blocks. The 180 gallon tank will go right behind a refrigerator on the first floor and will be in the middle of the 2 jack posts. So my question is, will this setup support my tank setup? anything i should worry or keep in mind? thanks.

It should be fine my floor has 2 x 8's on 12" centers the room i have my 220 in and i have no problems. with the extra bracing you have with the 4x4's and jacks shouldnt have any.
You might want to check under there from time to time to see how your house is settling though imho.
thanks
