While browsing the web for info that will help me with my tank(s), I stumbled upon this site and was immediately drawn in by a long thread on plecos, one of my favorite fresh water friends... I guess I had to join MFK after that.

So here I am, sitting at home in Shrewsbury, MA (USA) on a beautiful, snowy December day... killing some time before I go to work. Though I was born into a home with several tanks (both fresh and salt water), I have only been keeping fish of my own for the past 3 years.

Howdy and Welcome to MFK!! Got pic's of any of your tanks you would care to share?
 
I haven't got any pics right now. I had some of a previous set up, but not sure which memory card they're saved on. I moved into a new apartment back in June and have been having trouble with my tank ever since. I had 2 blue gourami, a molly, a rope fish and a mid-sized common pleco in a 30 gallon set up. As of right now, both gourami and the molly are quarantined due to sickness that has evaded diagnosis and has not responded to treatment. (Sadly, I don't think they will be returning to the community.) The 30 gal is relatively empty, home only to my pleco ("Kimbo") and rope fish ("Skeletor") until I'm certain that it is healthy enough to add new fish. I'm still deciding what I will add. Long story short, the guys aren't ready for their close-ups! I'll definitely share as soon as I can though.
