Hi all my names john from the uk i have never been into photography until my interest in planted fish tanks took off, i want some decent shots of my tanks so i will be hoping to learn somthing from you guys, i am saving for a SLR camera ( can you recomend one for taking aquarium pics) thanks :-D

Wecome to APF John. If you stick around for a while I'm sure you'll learn a lot. If you ask us about DSLRs you'll find we're pretty evenly divided between C*n*n and N*k*n users - but most of us agree that it's the photographer who makes the photo, not the camera.
