#1 Can Mahseer live outdoors year round in WV, It got down to 10 or below this year
#2 Can Tilapia survive if I introduce them into a farm pond (sorry if this is a stupid question) My friend raises them and he's got alot of juvies that he wanted to put in the farm pond.
