Well things have slowed considerably in the 210g. Things are running smoothly for the most part (more later in this post) and fish are growing nicely. The Tigrinus has become an eating machine and is growing on me. Depsite the fact that it spends most of its day under a piece of driftwood, its such a pretty fish that I can't help but love. Bichers are growing like weeds, especially the endlicheri. The Delhezi just gets fatter.

As mentioned above, I'm still having a problem with tiny bubbles coming from my returns. All the connections are tight and secure. There is no water leaking and I'm stumped. Li and I talked about it yesterday and we believed the problem might lie in the return pipes themselves. So, next water change I plan on taking it apart and just making sure everything is secure. Li asked for pics, so I snapped a few of the filtration, as well as a drawing that describes it in detail.

I decided against siliconing all of the joints. I can just see too much going wrong.

Also, expect to see an auto water changer sometime in June.

looks good, i like the tig.

Thanks! I appreciate it, especially since I've always taken a liking to your tanks. I'm debating whether or not to get a ray. Thoughts? As of now, my proverbial plan of attack goes a little something like this...

-Florida Gar + Pleco
-3 Uaru
-3 Geophagus Tapajos sp "red head"

This is conditional as I will drop everything if some dats become available. I've got 3 indos that are growing quickly. Maybe in 2-3 months I'll have them in teh 50g, and then the 210.

Forget to mention. I'm also going to end up with a Fei Feng, Leichardti, a few thin bars, NGT, and maybe one of those true parrot cichlids.

Very nice bro.

Coming along nicely.

Thanks man. Your tanks are also serving as inspiration. I've never had a tank this big so every day is a new adventure!

Awesome Filter set up!!!

I agree! The guy that had the tank before me had some MONSTERS in this tank. When he sold it to me, his only request was "keep it monster, bro". Naturally, I'm on it!
