Just taken up carp fishing (pics)

Hi there guys, this is my first time visiting this part of the forum. I decided to take up fishing about 4 weeks ago and wanted to show you guys most the carp I've caught so far. The biggest one was caught on float tackle and the rest on a ledger.

DO YOU eat them or catch and put in fish tank?

They are all put back in the lake.

They put up an amazing fight they are real strong fish. And yes it's great fun when you hook one up.

Nice catches, I used to fish for Carp all the time when I lived on a lake. The neighbors looked at me crazy when I'd put them back, some even when out of the way to explain they are "trash fish" and belong buried in a garden as fertilizer.

I always put them back in. I'd catch them on dough balls and they put up a heck of a fight. No other "Monster" fish is so easy to catch.

try these then my biggest carp almost 19lb

and a 17lb

and a 15lb

and a this carp was about 9-10lb but is a baby but caught him 3 times in 1 year
