What's with this "rate my FH?" I get the whole "I.D my FH," I have had mine for over a month and she's grown a lot. I just dont care what others wanna rate her as she is a MP wet pet to me. And technically I.D ing her seems like a never ending battle because says something different.

Okay,great rant.I wish I could shed some light on the whole rating thing for you but about all that I know about FH is that the breeders come up with some pretty interesting and colorful names for them.I seem to notice a different and new name every week or so.

I think it boils down to people just want to hear how great their fish is XD
I think fh are pretty at times and interesting, but I don't get wanting to cross breed.

I just think as fishy parents we should love and think our wet pets are the best regardless of what someone else thinks.

The whole rating thing is because there are "grades" of flowerhorn based on certain characteristics like kok, coloration, finnage. People have contests for who has the nicest flowerhorn, similar to how people enter their dogs in dog shows

I get the professional aspect...I go to the FH nations in Brooklyn NY every year. But we of the ppl on MFK are like 12 with a 2.5 inch FH talking about "rate my fish" and "is it a MP?" Everything fromy goldfish to my CKF are MP's...Why because when it comes to my fish I'm comcieted, lol! My fish are better then anyone's. Haha!
