New to monsterfishkeepers.com Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm more of a reptile enthusiast but am starting a 90gallon aquiruim with a tiger shovelnose, redtailxtsn hybrid and 3 pacu (may purchase a large placo too?). Right now their in a 40 breeder until they get a little larger. I just purchased the 90 gallon with stand canister filter 2 air pumps gravel fishfood and varius throw-ins including a year time supply (or more) of carbon and filter bags meds siphon gravel vac etc. All for 200 bucks haha was in the paper he said make an offer... I did and he took it. no sweat of my back. Hopefully they wont grow out of their tank to quickly because I will probably have to get rid of them seeing I have no room for anymore tanks.
other tanks include 2x10gallon with a female albino leopard gecko in one and a male paternless in the other. (Will be moved to the 40 breeder once the fish move to the 90g) A 10 gallon with a baby american snapping turtle (cought last summer will be reased this summer) and a 30long with a 3 foot ball python.
