I saw a dat at my LFS. It was all black with one white strip down the front of its head and i was wondering if it was rare or just a color varient????

i think it is black cause it is stressed or not use to its environment, once they get comfortable, they will change back to their normal gold with black strip.
so i should go buy it. i think it was around 2 or 3 inch. No clue of price i forgot. he is in one of the small small small box things like u get for feeder fish at the fair. like a 5L x 2W x 2H(in inchs) i will probly buy him/her just to get her out of that small box
