Juv uaru have normal spots that look just like ich?

I have already begun treating with heat and salt. And it happened to cure an eye infection my spiny eel had. But I’m still not sure if this is ich or natural patterns. I know it looks like ich but I’ve heard their natural spots are often mistaken for ich.

It looks like Ich from that pic and that's why I requested another pic. A side pic would help.
 
Ich looks like small white grains of sand on the body and fins.

Juvenile Uaru spotting is larger and cream colored, and would only be on the body. It’s unlikely to be mistaken for ich.
