This is my first attempt at raising peacock bass, I purchased two about a week ago and they seem to be doing fine however I am concerned that they are not eating enough, for the reputation that they have I do not see them eat very often. The two are about 4 inches long and are in a 150 gallon tank, which I have been keeping stocked with rosy minnows and a few guppies. My question would be is the tank too large for the pbass current size to be able to catch the minnows? Or am I just over thinking it?

Water temp is 84 degrees. Here is a picture too, mabey you can help me with which species they are?

I'd turn the temp up. Could be water quality and/or the temp. Do they stay hiding most of the time?

water temp 84 deg fahrenheit = 29 deg cel, seems fine imo,
other factors could be water quality issue, - is this a brand new tank? (meaning is the tanks system established, cycled?)
1 week and they don't eat feeders? have u tired other foods? pellets/ market prawns (normally all pbass eat feeders so its abit strange (pbass in my experience settle in within 2-3 days and will consume feeders,
have u by any chance managed to see their bellys? is it bloated etc or super sunken in? if u notice sunken belly and poped eyes they could have internal parasites.

good luck and keep us updated on your findings

It is a new tank, it was running for about 5 days before I put the fish in. Water quality seems to be fine, ph is about 7, amonia and nitrates near zero. I caught about 20 small minnows from the creek behind the house (about 1 inch long and very thin, so slightly smaller than the rosy minnows ) between the two of them they were all gone within the day. This is the most I've seen them eat since I've had them. I tried pellets but no interest, I am going to pick up some frozen blood worms tonight so I will give them a try.

Their bellys are generally thin except for when they ate all those minnows. They seem to be pretty healthy.
