juvenile blood parrot with bloat? Need help Right now.

Hello everyone, this is my first post on MFK so excuse me if I did something wrong. Anyway. My juvenile blood parrot (still hasn't turned orange) is floating upside down in my tank trying to swim around.unfortunately It h up and if floating upside down at the top of my tank. I'm not sure what do to and I would really appreciate some help. Oh, and by the way, his fins are ripped and lots of scales are missing. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think its bloat. Sound like it got beat up by another fish. If so, all you can do is isolate it but does sound good if it's upside down.

What do you suggest i do now?

Quarantine tank, raise the temp and add salt and hope for the best. Skip feeding for a couple of days
