4 weeks ago I decided I would get a jd for one of my tanks all of my local stores and my favourite online store didnt have any. I found a site and ordered a 5cm jd 3 days later my delivery turns up with 2 tiny jd's they were so small I was surprised they survived the shipping. Anyway I put them in a 55lt cube tank did 50% water changes twice a week .The slightly bigger on did chase the smaller one around quite a lot on saturday I put them in a 127 lt 2ft tank to grow out since then they are inseperable could they have paired up at such a small size the bigger one is just over an inch now.

Beautiful fish! Going to grow up to be stunners for sure!
Both look male to me, but at this size it could still go either way.
The darker one is the more dominant Jack.
I’m not sure how young they pair, though I do think they can breed by 4 inches.
