seems like the general rule I've seen is roughly an inch a month for the first year with good feeding and water quality
depends on what you're feeding it, how often, water quality, etc. My baby monos are 3.5" and arent growing too quick because all they take is bloodworms and fd krill at the moment.

from 6-7cm to 10-11cm only 3 weeks
