Juvenile Temensis Aggression?

My tems were at it again this morning.

They are probably a fat 3.5" or so, and appear fairly robust.

The only issue is that they (there are only two of them) fight about once a day (that I notice).

They dont leave marks, but I just finished watching them lip lock for almost five minutes.

Whats going on here? My monos never really messed with each other.

Should I buy more bass?

What tank size are they in and how many do you have?
 
Would oscars work?

These are destined for a 300g tank - but not certain I want more than two bass in there.
