juvenille Spotted gar question..

Guys, i'm getting desperate to find juvenile spotted gar.. lol..

Mind sharing me some photos of the juvenile spotted gar?

is it very easy to differ juvenile spotted gar & juvenille florida gar?

bcause i saw in Sol's photo

the YOY is totally different from YOY florida gar..
is this always the case?

i think the true spotted gar is hard to obtain. Most are spotted/florida hybrids.

my bottom 422 tanks looks really empty.. only 3 x 4" florida gar and 2 x 3.5" P.Endlicheri.. furthermore,my Dad want to take both endli for his 200g later on..

what is your evidence of this? most gars that look like spotted gars in the hobby are Florida gars. hybrids are possible, but thus far there is no definitive evidence of this occurring in the trade or otherwise--

Who's the 3rd one, besides you and him? Just to let you know, include me in if you guys wanna do a mass order of different variety of gars into Singapore. BTW, Indonesia has a couple of 1'+ longnose gars for sale at RP500K, at wildfishshop.com Anyone interested?

Perhaps, you could get JZX to import them and get fellow members of AF who responded to Gar threads as the "demand" for these spotted gars

people are not going to pay $100-200bucks for something that looks exactly like a florida gar to the untrained eye.
