I am very curious about a price a juvi channa barca ? I am thinking to get one maibe...

last i checked, around 1000$ US, although there has been a steady decline in the prices of this fish so i suggest you do some research.

the 1000$ appraisal is based on the barcas that were potentially available in canada BC at a price of 1200 ish approximately 3 months ago.

prices on this fish still trade in a pretty wide band depending on location, sort of like classic cars. basically they cost as much as the LFS can get away with selling it for. In HongKong, the same LFS sold 2, the first for 1500USD, the second had a posted price tag first of 2400USD, as it got bigger 2900USD, finally sold for 1900USD. I think the local fish collectors are catching on and export channels are increasing from areas in or around india. My guess is soon prices will drop as long as there's plenty of fish left to catch.
