Juvie Green Texas vs Red texas??

I was at the LFS and up for sale was red texas juvie probably around 1.5"-2.5".
They looked just like a green texas w/ just lighter specles for $19.99 a pop whereas regular green texas was just $6.99. Is there any way to differentiate the two? ^^;; my gut is telling me to ask the forum before I make the purchase! Any information would be appreciated greatly.

No. I know how to distinguish from texas to flowerhorn. And no... not from petsmart. It looks exactly like green texas but with lighter color and little bit bigger specles...

Really depends on the breed of RT to know how to differentiate the two. Could you get a picture?

Alright. Also just a warning, as Chrisplosion said, it depends a lot on the 'breed'. Because red texas aren't a proper species. Rather, they're a designation to any texas x blah breed that turns out... red.
