Kafue pike

I saw an adult kafue pike (around 2 yrs of age), is it worth buying and keep.. Because in many websites i read, it said this fish will only live for 4-5 years in the wild. Will it be able to live longer in captivity? From what I know, the fish was captive raise since it was a baby...Will a 90 Gallon will be enough (currently its around 40cm long)? Cause their max size is around 70cm and i dont think they grow into that..

of course they're worth buying. very cool predator that'll get along well with other monsters.

as for tank size, just use common sense. if the fish is 12-18", then your tank should be at least 20" wide and 4 times the length of the fish.
